Hear how a small but savvy team on the Biden-Harris Coordinated Campaign was able to build the largest calling program in electoral history in just 3 ½ months. We’ll share the distributed organizing tips and tricks we used to cultivate a community of over 100,000 volunteers who made millions of calls to voters each day and consistently deemed it the “most meaningful and fun” volunteering experience they’d ever had.

Mass, virtual, volunteer-powered organizing has vast power and potential; we want to share our secret sauce so that you too can go on to build direct voter contact programs bigger than your wildest dreams! Whether you’re an experienced mobilization practitioner or just starting out, the lessons we learned are applicable to almost any organizing context. Come nerd out with us!
