This session will cover: (1) The basics of facilitating a Zoom meeting from the tech tools and options a host has to facilitation strategies for different types of meetings to approaches to delegating roles to make for smoother meetings. (2) Tips for training others to organize on Zoom too. (3) Different ways to use Zoom as a tool for your organizing, whether it's lobby meetings, press conferences, team check-ins, mass calls, recording video content, or just your standard organizing meeting. The session will focus specifically on the mechanics, features, and interface of Zoom, but many of the tools and strategies are applicable across other video conference platforms as well.
